If emfof a cell = terminal voltage + voltage drop, then why is the emfof a cell always the same irrespective of the current drawn from the cell ? If more current is drawn, then the terminal voltage should increase and thus the emf too. Voltage drop is not affected by the amount of current drawn from the cell. Then why does emf of a cell always remain constant ?

A charge is moving with velocity u in a direction noRmal to uniform magnetic field of B and away from the plane of the paper A man is also moving with that moving charge at the same velocity in the same direction. The man sees the charge at rest since the relative velocity of the charge wrt man is zero. Shall the charge experience any force with respective to the above man moving along with the charge?
How much is the force on the charge seen and measured by the man?
