Supppose there are three compartments A(V=2L, P=1.5 atm) , B(V=4L,P=2.5 am),C(V=1L, P=1atm), each filled with inert gases.Calculate the total pressure if the barriers seprating the cpmpartments are removed .In this question why we cant find the total pressure just by adding the individual pressures given by daltons law.Ans is 2 atm. Please correct me where I am getting wrong
