1 EXPLAIN the song of the ending poem?

In the climax of the poem, Khalil has woven lines in praises of the rain with love. A vivid narration of the rain fills the mind of the reader with a lively image. She is a sigh from the deep sea of affection and she is the laughter from the colourful field of the spirit. The rain is the life herself and she is the tears carrying memories of all the heavens. She is a heavenly message delivered to the earth by the hands of God.

 The poet writes that the rain is sent by the gods in heaven to beautify earth's fields and valleys.The rain says that it was once the pearls of godess  Ishtar's crown. When it falls down ,the the hills and flowers rejoice.When it seeps into the soil, the living creatures on earth are elated.The rain is the messenger between fields and clouds.It quenches the thirst of fields and lessen the burdens of clouds simultaneously.The thunder declares its arrival.The rain leaves behind a rainbow  which indicates its end.The lines " I'm like earthly life......wings of death"  explains the water cycle.It rises from the heart of the sea and descend when the earth calls for it.Althogh there are people who welcome it as it taps on the windows , there are only a few who appreciate it.It is the sigh of sea,the laughter of field and tears of heaven.The last line "Tears from the endless heaven of memories" means that it is eternal.
