Vitamins are used in their original form by the cells. They do not require enzyme for digestion because they are absorbed directly from the digestive tract and transported by the blood to the cells.
 
There is no such reflex that takes place while chewing and swallowing.
 
A diet that includes all the nutrients in appropriate amount is called balanced diet.
Such a diet includes- chapatti, rice, dal, vegetable, curd, salad, fruits and water.
 
Diagram of tooth and the enzymes is available in chapter 14, lesson 1 so kindly go through the lesson.
