the dimensions of the rectangular box is 4.4m*2.6m*1m

the volume of the rectangular box = 4.4*2.6*1=11.44 cubic m............(1)

let the internal radius of the hollow cylindrical pipe be r = 30 cm = 0.3 m

the thickness = 5 cm = 0.05 m.

let the external radius of the pipe be R = r+0.05=0.3+0.05 = 0.35 m

let the length of the pipe be h m.

the volume of the pipe = $π (R^{2} - r^{2}) h = \frac{22}{7} * ({0.35}^{2} - {0.3}^{2}) h$ ..........(2)

volume of the pipe = volume of the rectangular box

$\frac{22}{7} * ({0.35}^{2} - {0.3}^{2}) h = 11.44 \frac{22}{7} * (0.1225 - 0.09) h = 11.44 \frac{22}{7} * (0.0325) h = 11.44 h = \frac{11.44 * 7}{22 * 0.0325} = 112 m .$

thus the length of the pipe is 112 m
