Are miscible and immiscible liquids different from soluble and insoluble liquids ?

Hi,
A liquid is said to be miscible if it dissolves completely in another liquid and is difficult to separate.E.g. Alcohol in water.
A liquid is said to be immiscible if it does not completely dissolve into another liquid but forms a layer and can be separate.E.g. Oil in water.
The term miscible is generally used in case of 2 liquids whereas soluble is used in case of solute in a liquid. Otherwise there is no other difference between the two terms.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
