Inclusive education means students getting to study what they like to study. It means making a student aware of his/her unique talents and allowing them to express their individuality. Inclusive education means everyone getting an equal opportunity to study irrespective of their financial condition. Such education should help a student make his/her own unique career choice.

The attitude of parents, teachers, classmates and the society in general plays a major role in promoting inclusive education. The curriculum should be such that it inculcates inclusive education and the teachers should also teach in an interesting manner. There should be enough policy support and infrastructure support for a student to pursue the subjects that interest him.

By inclusive education we broadly mean the education that is consonnance with the students' inherent traits, talent and abilities. It is the need of the hour for  the students because without it millions of students' talents are not used but wasted. If this education is provided, there will be both quantitative and qualitative difference in the manpower available for the employing sector.

Inclusive education is affected by various factors like attitude of parents, teachers, classmates and the society. Parents need to change their mindsets because due to various cultural reasons thet think of their sons being top-notch officials. Physical, curriculum, Teacher and Policy supports also affect this education. We need to encourage this Education from the sides of curriculum, policy and infrastructure. the present-day system of education is not an answer to the needs and demands of the employing sectorsthat are highly skill-based and deeply professional. the future is essentialy of globalization and specialization. In future, we shall be needing pure professionals who are simply the top-notch rofessionals in their own areas of specialisation.

Thus Inclusive Education is not an alternative but an invitability. The central government will have to recast and restructure its education Policies in view in this coming reality. We can't bear to have second-rate professionals and mediocare manpower. The same thing is to be in the case of Vocational Education.

hope it helpssss
