can u understand me binary fussion in bacteria
Binary fission in bacteria is splitting of a mature parent cell into two halves which are called daughter cells. It takes place in following steps:
- The parent cell matures completely and enlarges.
- The nucleus of the cell divides into two.
- The cytoplasm divides.
- Two daughter cells are formed which further live independently.
