can u understand me binary fussion in bacteria

Binary fission in bacteria is splitting of a mature parent cell into two halves which are called daughter cells. It takes place in following steps:

  1. The parent cell matures completely and enlarges.
  2. The nucleus of the cell divides into two.
  3. The cytoplasm divides.
  4. Two daughter cells are formed which further live independently.

Here I am providing you the schematic diagram of binary fission.

Do get back for further doubts.
