CH3COOH + C2H5OH ------- H2O+CH3-C=O-O-C2H5

ehthanoic aicd + ethanol ------ ethyl ethanoateCH3-C=0-0- CH2-CH3+NaOH--- CH3-CH2-CH2-OH+CH3-C=O-O-Na ( this one is for the above reactionCan u pleaseee give me the same explanation for some quations like

1. ) CH3COOH + NaOh ----- cH3COONa + H2O

2.) CH3COOH + NaHCO3 -------- CH3COONa + CO2 + H2OPLEASEEEE

1) CH3COOH + NaOH → CH3COONa + H2O
This is a neutralization reaction in which the hydrogen atom of acid is extracted by the OH- ion of the base to from H2O and a salt CH3COONa by the combination of acetate ion and sodium ion.
CH3COOH + OH- → CH3COO- + H-OH
CH3COO-  + Na+  → CH3COONa

2) CH3COOH + NaHCO3 → CH3COONa + CO2 + H2O
This is also a neutralization reaction. The proton which is extracted from acetic acid combines with HCO3- ion to from H2CO3 which further dissociates into H2O and CO2
CH3COOH + HCO3- → CH3COO- + H2CO3
CH3COO-  + Na+  → CH3COONa
H2CO3 → H2O +CO2
