Dear expet thare is 1 complain that 1 ques i m asking from many days but still i m not getting satisfactoery ans my ques is that concept of complementary colour my doubt is not for defn diag i want to learn how to apply the concept of this in examples i m unable to use this concept How to use this by giving 20 examples

As mentioned earlier, the given concept is out of your syllabus.
However, we are providing you a simple explanation, which will help you to grab this concept easily.
Please note this concept is based on the absorption of energy.
For example
If a complex say X, which absorb light at  535 nm.
Now in order to find out its colour we will follow a few steps.
1. Step I
Consult the spectrum of light and identify the colour corresponding to wavelength provided.
The spectrum of light expressed in terms of wavelength is as follow:-

As in the example, the wavelength of light is 535 nm therefore, the colour absorbed by the complex must be green. ( clearly visible form the spectrum).
2. Step II
As we kwon the colour exhibited by the complex is always complimentary to the colour absorbed, therefore the colour of the complex must be the complimentary colour of green.
In order to determine the complimentary colour, we have to use artist wheel.
The image of artist wheel is as follow:-

Here, the complimentary colour of the any given colour is present on the opposite side i.e.
Complimentary colour of red is green
Complimentary colour of orange is blue
Complimentary colour of yellow is violet
Complimentary colour of green is red
Complimentary colour of blue is orange
Complimentary colour of violet is yellow

From the above image, it is quite clear that complimentary colour of green is red. Therefore the colour of the given complex compound must be red.
Please note, in order to answer such type of questions, you are supposed to learn the above two figures.
