Square of fractions are quite similar to finding square of integers.

You just need to square both the integers in the fraction individually.

$i.e. (\frac{a}{b})^{2} = \frac{a^{2}}{b^{2}}$

For example:

$(\frac{2}{3})^{2} = \frac{(2)^{2}}{(3)^{2}} = \frac{4}{9}$
