Define cell constant. How is it related to conductivity.?

Cell constant is of particular cell is determined as the ratio of the distance between the electrodes of the cell to the area of the electrodes.
cell constant K = l/A = cm-1
Relationship between cell constant and conductivity:
Conductivity is the ability of a solution to pass an electric current and it is related to cell constant by following relation:
conductivity of the cell = conductance x cell constant
Here conductance is reciprocal of resistance or given by 1/R
