Genetic drift :
The sudden, random change in the gene frequency , accidently , without having any survival advantage .
Natural Selection :
Always variations will not be favourable. Nature will select only those organisms which have favourable variations.
Reproductive isolation :
The inability of individuals of two populations to interbreed among themselves due to difference in their structure of reproductive organs, physiological incompatibility,mating times , behaviour.
