difference between aqueous and non aqueous solutions?

The solutions made by dissolving various solutes in water are called aqueous solutions. For example a solution of salt in water is an aqueous solution.

AND

The solutions made by dissolving solutes in organic liquids or solvents which do not contain water are called non-aqueous solutions. For example benzene, ether are non-aqueous solvents.

the solution which is prepared in water or containing the amount of water is called aqueous solution .. example - solution of sugar and salt 

 the solution which is prepared innot  water or containing any other liqiud as solution is called non aqueous solution  example.. - solution of milk and sugar..
