Difference between temporary hard/soft water and permanent hard/soft water ???:?
Temporary and permanent is used only in terms of hard water. Soft water is always soft.

Temporary hardness is due to the presence of bicarbonates salt of Ca and Mg ions in water | Permanent hardness is due to the presence of Cl- and SO42- salts of Ca and Mg in water |
It is simply removed by boiling the water | It does not removed by simply boiling of water. |
