Do biological factors cause tetanus and leprosy disease ??

The tetanus and the leprosy are the diseases both caused by biological factors.

The tetanus is an an acute disease caused by  bacterium Clostridium tetani.  Tetanus occurs when a wound becomes contaminated with Clostridium tetani bacterial spores. It affects the nervous system. Tetanus often begins with mild spasms in the jaw muscles (lockjaw). The spasms can also affect the chest, neck, back, and abdominal muscles.

The leprosy is a chronic disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium leprae. It is characterized by Skin lesions that are lighter than your normal skin color, Muscle weakness, Numbness or lack of feeling in the hands, arms, feet, and legs.
