do you agree that all poor people should get loan from bank at low rate of interest ? give reasons  

Yes, farmers should get loans from Banks at low interests because, if the farmers try to get loans from money lender , they lend money but at high interests. But there is a disadvantage of the bank that they require a lot of paper work, ex.how much property they own, who are their family members, do they have a ration card , etc. But in the case of money lenders they don't need much paper work.
