does menstruation occur even after tubectomy  in females?? and does ovulation too occurs??

Tubectomy is a surgical procedure that includes cutting some part of the Fallopian tubes and ligating its ends separately. This operation has no effect on the hormonal control system of the menstrual cycle. Pituitary gland releases the FSH and LH normally and the whole process of ovulation occurs. Ovum is released from the ovary, is received by the Fallopian tube but as the tube is broken or not continuous thus the ovum fails to reach the ampullary isthmic junction of the Fallopian tube nad does not meet the sperms if present. As a result, no fertlization and no pregnancy occurs. As fertilization does not occur thus the ovarian cycle continues further and endometrial lining of the uterus is shedded and released with menstrual fluid. This menstrual fluid does not contain an ovum as the ovum could not reach the uterus.

both of them occurs since mensturation and ovulation both processes r independent from each other.the difference will b that during menstruation d discharge will not contain unfertilised ovum.

then how is the unfertilised ovum get excreted out of the body??

it degenrates when it is unable to cross the pathway that is the fallopian tube since  tubectomy is done .
