A clown is a performer of comedy, physical humour or pantomime, have what you will but to me, a clown spreads laughter and joy. If laughter is the best medicine, the clown is the laughter doctor. If I were a clown, I would call myself The Laughter Doctor. I would wear the most outlandish of costumes, floral pants in red and yellow, checked shirt in violet and indigo, a top hat in green, blue shoes and orange waistcoat, and there you have it, I will be a walking rainbow. Clowns can be circus clowns, harlequins, pantomimes or just the fool who tickles your funny bone with his jokes. I would skip and jump, hit my head for a bump and all the little kids would curl up and giggle.
