explain the difference between the Net Sown Area and Gross Cropped Area?
The net sown area in a country is the total area of the land sown with crops. The area which is sown more than once is counted as sown one time only.
Whereas, Gross sown area is the area that is sown more than once in an agricultural area plus the net sown area.
