In the last two lines of the poem, the poet says that in this way his beloved shall remain so till the judgemant day. Thereafter she shall arise this way. She shall live immortally in this world and in her lover's eyes.

 Last judgement means the time or the day,when almighty with all his profits will come on earth ..all the graves will open and all those who are dead will awake ..n every person then will be given punishments or rewards accroding to there good and bad deeds.
