It is a kind of unemployment usually seen in the rural parts of India, where more people are employed in an activity, than the number of people actually required, which means that people are not able to work upto their full potential. If some extra people are removed, even then the total output wont get affected.

Eg - A family of five, employed in agricultural activity on a small piece of land, which does not require more than 3 workers i.e. the work gets divided, and people work less than what they are capable of. Even if 2 peole leave the fields, still, the total agricultural output wont get affected.

Hope this helps!!
