In the summary of Two Gentlemen of Verona it is given that the author comes to know the name of the children from his driver but the textbook just says "my companion". Canit be that the author hasa companion and adriver with him or both be the same person? Is there any other part in the text to show this?
No, the author's companion and the driver are not the same person.
It is clearly stated that the driver's name was Luigi and the companion's name was not stated.
His companian was kind and asked the name of the two boys but the driver didn't like their shabby appearence.
