how do biotic and abiotic factors affect crop production?????

Biotic  factors includes living components of the biosphere like plants, animals, humans etc whereas abiotic factors include non living components like air, water, soil etc.

Crop production depends largely on both these factors. A high yielding crop needs fertile soil, adequate water and good irrigation facilities. The irrigation is carried out using animals. If there is lack of these abiotic factors the crop production will be low.  Also there are some grazing animals which can destroy the  growing crops thereby reducing the crop production.
