how does decius change the interpretation of calpurnia's dream about caesar's murder?what was his intention behind doing this?

Decius Brutus interpreted the dream, to his advantage as a lucky vision. From Caesar's blood Rome rejuvenate his spirit and great men will sincearly desire relics marked with his blood.

Decius Brutus, who is a good flatterer, convinces Caesar to take no notice of the fears of his wife. He tempts Caesar by saying that the senate had decided to offer him the crown that day and if he should not go to the senate house, then they might change their minds and mock him for being afraid. They may say that the senate should be dismissed till Caesar’s wife has a better dream.

His intention was that, the conspirators had made all plans to murder Caesar and if Caesar wouldn't go to the senate then all of their plans would be a waste. So he intended Caesar to go out of the house.

Decius Brutus who was a good flatterer interpreted Calpurnia's dream in a positive manner. He gave many examples which made Caesar to change his mind.He said that the dream was very rare and fortunate because Caesar was to be crowned on that day.He also warned him that if he doesn't go to the senate to receive his crown then the senate would change their mind and would offer the crown to someone else.He also said that the Romans would really gain power, confidence and inspiration from Caesar's blood rather than wash their hands with his blood with a bad intention.

His intention was to murder Julius Caesar. He along with other conspirators made plan to murder Caesar at the senate. When Caesar decided not to go to the senate then Decius feared that their plan of murdering Caesar would go in vain.So he interpreted the dream in this manner.
