How to improve my English vocabulary and speaking skills???

 You can improve your vocabulary by finding new words from the dictationary, newspapers, magazines, or even from your schools' textbook. 

After finding, look up in the dictationary to find the meaning of the word and pronounciation.

As for your speaking skills, choose a topic frrom the internet or any of your favouraite topic. Write down a speech or a paraghraph about the topic you chose. Then memorise it and say it in front of a mirror. And if you dont have lack of time, do join speech clubs like The Toastmasters or something like that.
