how to make misri from a saturated solution?

Misri are basically crystals of sugar ( in the form of small rocks or aggregates ) that are obtained by cooling a super saturated solution of sugar in water. Sugar is dissolved in water and the mixture is heated to allow more sugar dissolve in water. Our purpose here is to make a saturated solution of sugar in water, so that the crystals are formed faster. This saturated solution is then allowed to cool. On cooling, crystals of sugar separate from the solution. This separation technique is known as crystallisation.
