You need brains to do that and you have to do that in a calm and quiet place so that you get concentration more.

If u r learning this from starting (if u don't know to solve atleast one side then it will take a lot of time and dedication.

But if u know one side very well then u can learn it in a single day using solution guide at rubiks.com

It really improves concentration.
