I have to speak 4 minutes on a topic ,''My friend spends all his free time in watching T.V.'' Don't write about disadvantages of watching T.V. YOU MAY ASK YOUR FRIEND WHY IS HE DOING ALL THESE INSTEAD OF CONCENTRATING ON STUDIES.YOU MAY GIVE HIM PRACTICAL EXAMPLES OF PEOPLE WHO ALWAYS WATCH TELEVISION DONOT BECOME SUCCESSFUL IN LIFE AND FINDS STUDIES BORING.YOU MAY BETTER COMPLAIN HIS PARENTS AND CONCERNED CLASS TEACHERS AND MAKE THEM WARN HIM THAT IF HE DONOT MEND HIS HABITS HE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SCHOOL.

so u can give a casual introduction for ur friend bye saying hi asking how r u then ur partner should say to u that arun (u can use any of ur friends name) watches a lot of tv and wastes lot of time then u will say tht yes we should not allow him to be like tht so u and ur partner will discuss about othet things he can do instead of watching tv
u can say tht he can go the ground in his locality and play
