i need a skit on CONSUMER RIGHTS.... Pls help me.......

To prepare a skit on consumer rights, one needs to find out about the appropriate laws that exist to protect the interest of consumers. One may also find out about the various organisations involved in spreading awareness about these laws. Based upon this, real life cases of violation of consumer rights and methods of their redressal need to be studied. One may then appropriately create characters of consumers and put them in situations where they face harassment due to violation of consumer rights like physical safety in case of electronic goods, expired medicines or refusal of companies to exchange damaged products. One may then show the procedures to be undertaken by the consumers with the help of consumer rights organisations in order to secure their rights and the lessons they learn in the process.
