THERE ARE MANY IMPORTANCES OF A BALANCED DIET.... WE NEED IT FOR OUR GOOD HEALTH.. WE MUST EAT VITAMINS MINERALS PROTEINS ETC BUT IN EQUALYQUANTITIES.... IN OTHER WORDS ITZ A DIET WHICH PERSON NEEDS TO REMAIN FIT ,,HEALTHY AND WELL FINE

Balanced diet is a diet that contains the required amount of all nutrients namely carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins ,minerals,water roughage.Balanced diet is an important factor that affects good health.Lack of balanced diet may cause defeciency diseases.

Balanced diet is important because :

1) It contains a variety of food items in adequate proportion. 2) It fulfils the nutritional requirements of our body. 3) It gives an adequate amount of energy to our body.
