In NCERT solutions , page no: 231 , 5th question , the second part is not clear for me , how come [2*22/7*r*10]m = 110 m2 , which is [7/4] m = 1.75 m ? this part of the answer is not clear for me so , experts pls can explain this step by step..pls don't ignore..

Here in the second part As we know the curved surface area of the vessel=110m2And in question vessel is 10m deep so that is the height of the vesselSo by using the formula Curved Surface area of the cylinder=2πrhPut the values110=2×227×r×1011010=2×227×r11=2×22×r711×7=2×22×r77=2×22×r77=44×r7744=r1.75=rSor=1.75 m

2 x 22/7 x r x 10 = 110
r = 110 x 1/2 x 7/22 x 1/10
(0 of 110 and 10 gets cancelled..... 22 and 11 can be divided ....so finally we get 7/4)
7/4= 1.25......if u still didnt understand just ask me okay
