There are many factors responsible for normal delivery in older times as compared to today's time.

They are as follows:

• In older times, women were more powerful as compared to present time to tolerate the painful moments of  normal delivery.
• In older times, quality of food eaten was much more good as compared to today's adulterated food.
• Todays's lifestyle is also very different than older times which is also reponsible for decreased cases of normal delivery.

Todays people do less excersing work and take more stress. 

This cause inborn baby to become weak and reduces chances of normal delivery.

Oxytocin hormone (birth hormone) which is responsible for labour pain if produced less in amount than chances of normal delivery also become less.
