 is our palm (or hand) a opaque or translucent organ?? because when we take it near a torch light can pass through it patially...

so how will it be classified?

It depends on which part the light is falling or simply how much the organ is. But as a whole human body consists of bones and heavy muscles which makes it OPAQUE.

 it is an  opaque organ .you may say that if we take it near a torch the light can pass through our hand but try this take a torch and try it near the finger tips u will see the ur blood partally but take it to the centre of ur hand and see the light wont pass .so mostof our body parts are opaque only the fingertips is translucent.it varies with our skin
