Jackson stationery sells cards in packs of 11 and envelopes in pack of 13. If Kina wants the same number of each, what is the minimum number of cards that she has to buy?

Given :  Jackson stationery sells cards in packs of 11 and envelopes in pack of 13  .

And as Kira wants to buy same number of cards and envelope  , 

So  for minimum number of cards is the lowest multiple of cards and envelope  ,
So ,
First we make prime factors of 11 and 13 , but  11 and 13 both are prime numbers 
So,
Minimum number of cards kira has to buy  =  11 × 13  =  143

So,
Minimum numbers of cards kira has to buy   =  143                      ( Ans )
