The chapter is a science fiction. A story that revolves around the protagonist, Sebastian Schultz whose memory gets saved in the computer memory when his head bangs on the laptop on meeting with an accident while, playing  psycho drive games. These games were bought by the narrator and his father from a computer fair. Sebastian seeks Michael's help to escape from the game. Finally, Sebastian is rescued by Michael in the fourth game. Michael comes to know about Sebastian's condition through a headline in the newspaper which said 'Miracle Recovery'. According to this article, Sebastian Schultz survived coma that the doctors felt might last forever. Therefore, the story blurs the boundaries between the virtual world and reality. So, the title Virtually True is totally appropriate.
