key board problem in live class is not solving

We regret for the inconvenience caused!!
With reference to the telephonic conversation with your father, we would like to advise you to re-login the account whenever you face any issue while accessing the live classes in future. Sometimes, due to browser or internet speed fluctuation reasons the intermittent issue comes during the live classes access.
Hope this would solve the keyboard issue as well:)
