The following substances are bad conductors of heat:
1. Water
2. Plastic
3. Rubber
4. Glass
5. Lead
6. Wood
7. Diamonds
8. Gases like hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen
9. Non-metals like phosphorous, sulphur, mica
10. Some alloys like nichrome, tungsten, etc.

The list of bad conductors is really long. Yet I tried to give a list of the major ones and the ones which are commonly known.

welll thnx for giving YOUR information but i want to tell u that  Pure water is not, but if it contains the slightest amounts of salt or mineral solids then it will be..okay.

4 ur information water is a good conductor

 

lead and alloys are also good conductors under strong condition
