the first one goes as--- 

tomorrow's match will be umpired by whom?

n the second one is----

by then, the restaurant would have closed. 

however i am a bit doubtful in the second one....

1) Tomorrow's match will be umpired by whom?

2) By then, the restaurant will be closed.
