Few of the various reasons and secrets on Good Sleep are:

- A good night's sleep helps you to rejuvenate and re-energise yourselves for the next day.

- It helps to keep you focussed, managed, disciplined, punctual and calm.

- A good sleep reduces stress and improves one's memory.

- Avoid loud music, action movie, etc. before going to sleep lest it disturbs your mind internally.

- Read good books and listen to soft music before dozing off.

- Do not consume alcohol before you sleep. It would keep you restless.

- Heavy meals before sleeping is not at all advisable.

Last but not the least, A GOOD PILLOW would ensure a good sleep!!
