how to find the least count of ammeter and voltmeter?????

Least count is the least value of physical quantity that can be measured accurately by an instrument.Take a measuring scale and you can observe that 1 cm is divided into 10 equal parts.Therefore least count of this instrument will be 1/10 = 0.1cm or 1mm.
