Let , here  Raman buy 2 small , 2 medium and 1 big flower pot .

Let price of small flower pot  =  x  ,

So price of medium flower pot , according to given condition  ,

x + 50% of x  =  x  +  $\frac{50x}{100}$ =  $\frac{3}{2}$ x 
So,


Price of big flower pot , according to given condition  ,

$\frac{3}{2}$ x  + 50% of $\frac{3}{2}$ x    =  $\frac{3}{2}$ x    +  $\frac{50\times {\displaystyle \frac{3}{2}}x}{100} = \frac{3}{2}x + \frac{150x}{200}$ = $\frac{3}{2}$ x  +  $\frac{3}{4}$ x  = $\frac{3 + 6}{4}$x  = $\frac{9}{4}$ x

And as given total price of all five pots  =  Rs 290  .

SO,

x +  x  + $\frac{3}{2}$ x  +  $\frac{3}{2}$ x  + $\frac{9}{4}$ x  =  290

Taking LCM we get

$\frac{4x + 4x + 6x + 6x + 9x}{4}$    =  290

$\frac{29x}{4}$  =  290

x  =  40

So Price of big flower pot  = $\frac{9}{4}$ x  =  $\frac{9}{4}$ ( 40 ) =  Rs . 90  ( Ans )
