Melting is a phenomena in which a solid changes to liquid. The temperature at which the above process occur is called melting point. For ex., conversion of  ice to liquid. 

Boiling is a phenomena in which a liquid changes to gas. The temperature at which the above process occur is called boiling point. For ex., conversion of  water to water vapour
