Snakes generate both horror and fascination. Do you agree Why? Why not

The answer to this might vary from student to student. However, here is a sample viewpoint on which you might want to discuss this answer:

Snake are creatures of nature and nature is created by God. Therefore we believe that God's creation is beautiful and thus should be revered. Patterns on different species of snakes symbolise beauty. Their smooth and swift movement also fascinates the viewers. However, they are horrifying to humans for specific obvious reasons of being poisonous and carnivorous. They attack very swiftly and take no time to prey on their food. They of course lack intellect like human and thus, can attack anybody at any time.

I agree to the fact that snakes generate both horror and fascination. Snakes are legless reptiles that glide their way through water and ground. They are carnivorous and thus, can be very dangerous. They can prey on objects larger than their heads which makes snakes a highly risky reptile to encounter. Of course it is because of these traits that people find it fascinating to keep snakes as their pet. They are lovely to look at because of their colours and designs on their bodies.
