since , rhs is equal
(2x+45) + (4y- 4 ) = (x+10) + (5y-5)
2x+45+4y- 4 = x+10+5y-5
2x-x+45-4-10+5 =5y-4y
1x+36= 1y
x = y- 36
therefore y = x+36
