- Both resource conservation and sustainable development should be the foundation of any policy enforced by the government.
- After resource extraction, the people whose lands were purchased will not get any development in terms of compensation or jobs. Skill development must be undertaken by the government on war footing.
- Proper pricing of resources like water must happen so that unnecessary wastage is reduced.
- All scarce resources must be allocated amongst all users efficiently, and not based on price alone. This will help needy player also to survive.
- Privatisation of water supplies etc. must be undertaken carefully.
