V dnt need distance formula for this.

It is clear that the distance of point (-3,4) from the x-axis is 4.

  • 3

cannt we solve by formula?

3 is the x-coordinate of the point i,e., the distance of a point from y-axis. 4 is its y-coordinate i.e., the distance of a point from x-axis. if u stil hv confusion den u cn confirm it by locating it on a graph paper.

Wel, i dnt knw n.e formula for solving this Qsion as the ans can be found by knowing the points. V dnt need n.e frmula.
