Mathura oil refinery is located about 50 kilometers away from the Taj Mahal. It is causing air pollution.The Air around taj mahal has high levels of suspended particulate matter, caused by factory emissions, dust, construction, and exhaust from automobiles. This all is causing the shimmering white color of Taj Mahal  dull day by day.
