tree type of classification is more acceptable than ladder type of classification...explain

According to the evolutionary ladder of humans, humans evolved from chimpanzees which is not true. Humans and chimpanzees are cousins, both arrived from same ancestor which is unknown, that is shown by the evolutionary trees.  So tree type of classification is more acceptable than the ladder type

the ladder type classification states that humans are at the top of the ladder i.e are the most superior organisms,all other organisms are inferior to humans in development,etc...

the tree type classification states that all the organisms are like branches of a tree,none of them are better than others.

theoretically and practically the tree classification is correct as all organisms are equal in their developmental status.
