Under what condition does a diamagnetic material exhibit perfect conductivity and perfect diamagnetism?

The exhibition of perfect diamagnetism and perfect conductivity by a diamagnetic material takes place when it becomes Type I superconductor. Further it shows an effect called Meissner effect in which mutual repulsion takes place between the Type I superconductor and the magnet. For all these extremely low temperatures are required.
